JACKIE O ME!

Here's yours truly with my brand spanking new (I call them) Jackie O glasses. For a whole $4.00 I bought this georgous sunglasses at Progreso yesterday. Jaime (DH) took these pics in the morning... So there I am... TFL!

ps - please excuse my double/triple chin... I'm working on that ; )
Oh, and I'd forgotten to change the WB in the settings... but wth, it's only me !

DADDY'S NEW GIRL

Yesterday was Daddy's b-day (73)... and of course, we got together, I took a gazillion pics of everyone eating (which I'll post later) and then we had cake and the usual...

At the end I had to ask Chuy (DB) to take a pic of Daddy and I (otherwise I wasn't going to be in any of the shots)... and by the way, Chuy didn't have his glasses on and couldn't see... thus the blur in the shot (or so he said)...

I took the other pic (Daddy and Andy)... and just in case you didn't know...
Daddy has a new girl... her name is Andy ; )

Just sharing a few pics from the trip to Progreso this afternoon... I call them... Children down the street !!!! So creative right? Oh well...I'm not much of a 'namer'... but nonetheless... here they are :D

NENA'S XV BIRTHDAY PARTY

For those of you that missed it (Lila & family)... Here's a few pics from Ana Maria's XV party. It was lots of fun and EVERYONE had a blast. Afterall was said and done, we look back now and realize that it was quite a bit of work but well worth it...Now let's get ready for Disney next year (first week of August 2008).... watch out Florida!!!!

NEW TOY

I'm not much of a toy girl... ok maybe I am... especially photography gadgets... but today I'm sooo happy... look at my new toy :D

LA PALETERA

Here's one of the pics I used for the Contre-Jour challenge. This lady was selling popsicles at the beach and I snapped this as she walked right behind us... She turned and smiled at me which in my own mind, granted me permission to keep it... ;)

PS - I took this pic last summer...when I was still shooting in 'Normal' mode...Hmmmm does that mean I'm abnormal now?

This tiger shot was done across a glass window... luckily because with such piercing eyes I would've been long gone if he/she? ever came across... they're just too scary ;)


BTW - The borders are from Renee's Grunge Border Collection and I'm testing my logo on these sots as well... what do you think the black or white version of the logo?...Any HHCC is always welcome!
