for us, the celebration has just begun...
well it actually started yesterday... you see, we had a blast with our PJ "party" (which was our excuse for not getting dressed up)... we had chocolate covered strawberries, white zinfandel (for chris, jaime and me) and coke for the girls... and of course, we played games, took pics, watch the fireworks and the girls kept saying this morning: "when are we having another new year's party mom?" ...they're funny...
but of course, i missed everyone... wish we could've all been together like last year...
but i know that's hard nowadays... i wish we could though... and you can't blame me for that huh? ... maybe this year, with all the events that are coming up... so many quinceaneras, weddings, anniversaries... which means quite a bit of dresses for the little ladies ... and moi of course... ;-)
what about the goals for this year?
simple: shoot more (of anything) and enjoy each day we're given... none of that diet stuff and certainly no exercise (unless i must)... i've learned that it's useless to have a resolution that i already don't look forward to... so that's that!
so here's to another year and wishing many, many blessings to all!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Ah another blurry lite tree, very nice. Some of your photo are cut off so I do not see the whole shot.
I love your blurry lite tree picture taht is amazing. Your family is gorgeous and I love the pic of you and your husband. I love how your skin tones look so natural.. I really need to learn that technique ;)
I am so jealous of your blurry tree, I wanted to do it and never got around to it!
You have a beautiful family! :)
Very nice an crisp photo. As one other poster noted, this photo and the ones that come after it are cut off on the right side.
Beautiful colors and lighting in your photos, and I love the addition of the bears and monkey to the "family." Welcome to POTD, and I'm thinking the right cut off may have to do with the size of the photos you are posting, although yesterday's seems like you didn't have this problem. . .
Your photos are gorgeous! I esp. love the one of the Christmas tree though..so pretty, and the colors pop!
Love that technique with the tree! And I like that everyone is holding a stuffed animal in the family photos. Great photos!
I love the photo of your Christmas tree. I didn't get a decent pic of mine before I tore it down. The kids are just beautiful, and your logo really works.
