Here's my first attempts at the minimalism challenge... not too happy with the 'image' I want to convey...so these are NOT my official entries... just my practice shots ;) TFL!

I really like those. I think that first one is really cool. The second one is really neat, I think the only thing I would change is removing the cloud - but that's simply my preference - its still a really cool shot!
I think you're definitely getting creative on this challenge. I do like that first shot because it's sooo different and industrial feeling. I bet a really heavy sharpening would look good...I've always wanted to do that with an artitecture shot like this.
I kind of like the first one... I love the squares on the side. REally cool! For some reason, I don't really love the crop on the second one--maybe just a different composition? Anyway, great job!
