after visiting your blogs yesterday i figured it out...it's ANIMALS WEEK!!!!
well...i guess it's meant to be because of our trip to the zoo yesterday, i was able to capture a few not-so-cute animals...
i didn't want to take pics at the herpetarium but oh well...these creatures seem to stay still long enough for me to achieve 'some' focus...
if only my girls would do the same...arghhhh....

1. green snakes...
don't know their name....
don't think they're venemous...who knows...
2. king cobra snake...
pretty scary and definitely venemous...
3. i'll call this one the beige snake...
obviously i don't know the name...
doesn't look quite venemous...hard to tell...
4. komodo dragon...
this one is a bad boy as i'm sure you know....
but it doesn't look like it....

VERY cool shots but I gotta tell ya, I cringed a little while looking at them...I HATE snakes and I'm deathly afraid of them!!
Snakes, why did it have to be snakes? Sorry I had to make my husband proud by doing an Indiana Jones reference ;) These pictures are awesome!
Okay, I must admit I do not like thse.... you took them well, but they give me the creeps! lol... Im so scared of snakes.

Wow mother... it seems being a photographer and being afraid of animals goes hand in hand (yes i'm talking about you). Even Daniela went outside to help with the fish when we brought it home... So, yes ALL those snakes are dangerous, the first one is a green mamba, the second is a king cobra, and the third is some sort of rattlesnake... I can't tell because it's albino, but it definitely is venoumous.
